The project aims to enhance freedom and peace, design a new continuous public space, connect with the park, define new centralities, and reinterpret the modernity of Derzhprom. The project aims to restore a human scale to the square, fragmenting it into three different spaces: the rotunda, where the percentage of greenery is increased to reconnect it to the park to the south; an intermediate space where green and paved spaces interact; and the space in front of the administrative building delimited to the south by the curtain of trees. The project aims to reconnect the building with the public space, and the public path embraces it. The large public staircase connects the spaces through the courtyard from the ground floor to the roof. The transparent path of the staircase offers glimpses of the work carried out in the offices, ensuring that this hub acts with transparency and remains connected to community life. In the courtyard, the stairs and bridges connect the different levels and spaces of the building and open onto garden terraces at altitude.
