This contribution presents the final outcome of a research collaboration between VisitPiemonte, the Tourism Destination Management Organization of Regione Piemonte, and the Observatory E-Scapes at the Department of Architecture and Urban Studies of Politecnico di Milano. The research focused on mapping the main highlights of the Region developing a bicycle route connecting 25 UNESCO-listed sites, as part of a broader territorial and touristic strategy for intermodal accessibility integrated with the railway network.
