Mobility has always been a desire for Mediterranean cultural operators. It is perceived as a risk rather than being perceived as a tool for the development of societies or for the freedom of expression. Defining a general path for cultural policies in an Arab world is not an easy task. In addition to diverse political and social contexts, it faces many common problems. The Lack of professional infrastructures, limited training workshops and rarely available performance and exhibition spaces are emerging considerations, as well as extremely scarce opportunities for critical South-North and South-South exchanges. Unpredictably, my research findings indicate that much attention is given to visual arts, a high demand for grants and huge quantities of homogeneous networks. Additionally, the awareness that mobility has no sense unless it is productive, and the new best practices of a traveling exhibition, have given rise to my proposal of an online Arab visual art platform. It could be a potential next step in order not to lose the first granted artists' production. Maintaining it in circulation as well as allowing travel would increase fruition among South and North Mediterranean shores.
