The Optimal Sustainable Mobility Mix is a research project of the Infrastructure Unit of Agici, launched in November 2018, with the aim of providing tools for businesses and institutions to transition to increasingly sustainable mobility. The benchmark are the decarbonization goals defined by the government's new National Energy and Climate Plan and, in the future, by the Long Term Strategy. The studies, focused on urban and suburban mobility, passengers and goods, focus on regulatory, technological, market and infrastructure aspects. In particular, through the formulation of different scenarios to 2030 of industry development and appropriate mix of policies, modes of transport and fuel, the impacts on emissions and energy consumption are measured. The infrastructure and financial needs needed for the transition are also identified. Finally, great attention is given to the formulation of proposals for the development of mobility plans and strategies by public administrations and companies in the sector.
L'Optimal Sustainable Mobility Mix è un progetto di ricerca della Infrastructure Unit di Agici, lanciato a Novembre 2018, con l'obiettivo di fornire strumenti alle imprese e alle istituzioni per la transizione verso una mobilità sempre più sostenibile. Il punto di riferimento sono gli obiettivi di decarbonizzazione definiti dal nuovo Piano Nazionale Energia e Clima del Governo e, in futuro, dalla Long Term Strategy. Gli studi, focalizzati su mobilità urbana ed extraurbana, passeggeri e merci, si concentrano su aspetti normativi, tecnologici, di mercato e infrastrutturali. In particolare, attraverso la formulazione di diversi scenari al 2030 di sviluppo del settore e di opportuni mix di policy, modalità di trasporto e fuel, vengono misurati gli impatti sulle emissioni e i consumi energetici. Vengono, inoltre, identificati i fabbisogni infrastrutturali e finanziari necessari alla transizione. Infine, grande attenzione è data alla formulazione di proposte per la messa a punto di piani e strategie per la mobilità da parte di pubbliche amministrazioni e aziende del settore.
