Abstract
Sustainable mobility is a particularly relevant concept especially in urban areas, where about half of the world population is concentrated today and where more than 70% of the population will flow by 2050. In this context, in fact, all those experiments and experiments find fertile ground. evolutions toward ecosystems that integrate not only the mobility of the individual but also of goods and extraurban mobility. Furthermore, the expected demographic growth will lead to a strong push in the demand for mobility, which cities will be called upon to face through a profound transformation in terms of integration of public transport systems and the improvement of the quality of the experience offered, through the involvement of third parties. Finally, to facilitate this transformation process, cities are also called upon to manage the demand for urban mobility through initiatives aimed at influencing the behavior of citizens. It is now clear that the issue of smart mobility is closely interrelated with investments in the smart city area. The following chapter presents a general discussion of the diffusion of the E-mobility. It will include a brief introduction and particular attention barriers and actions needed to enable large-scale deployment of electric vehicles and associated charging stations.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
