The paper tries to investigate, through the lens of proximity services, some investments of the Recovery Plan for urban regeneration at different scales of cities and territories, as well as for smaller municipalities and villages. Investments for logistics in Recovery Plan are also contextualized, showing their impacts. Some shortcomings of the Plan are highlighted, starting from the lack of territorialization of the resources.
