Abstract

The following research used the Life Cycle Costing (LCC) methodology to estimate the costs of selective demolition, the treatment of construction and demolition (C&D) waste, and the production of recycled aggregates. Based on what emerged, it was possible to outline some incentive mechanisms for the benefit of selective demolition and the use of recycled aggregates.
