MuVi6 is the Sixth edition of Visual Music dedicated videos – following upon MuVi (Granada, 2007), MuVi2 (Granada, 2009), MuVi3 (Almeria, 2012), MuVi4 and MuVi5 (Alcalá la Real, Jaén, 2015 and 2018) – an event that completes the Seventh International Conference Synesthesia: Science and Art, which took place at Granada and Alcalá la Real (Jaén) in Spain, from October 26th to 29th. This is a collection of videos from artists, musicians, designers, and performers, designed on music. Alongside the videos from professionals are also works produced in the academic field, presented by professors, or directly by university students, academies of fine arts, and music conservatories. The Book/eBook contains a collection of academic essays and an extensive selection of photographs and videos submitted by participants that spans four continents: In addition to Spain and Italy (where the University of Granada and the Politecnico di Milano are based, together with the International Artecittà Foundation who are organising the event), there are Australia (Victoria), Brazil, China, Denmark, Hungary, Ireland, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Switzerland, the USA (Massachusetts, Montana, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin) and the United Kingdom. On the reserved web platform - accessible from the e-book version - a total of about 140 minutes of videos is collected.
