Development of an educational resource allows you to organize an effective learning process taking into account the semantic representation of resources. This article shows the result of an experimental study of the developed system, showing an increase in the quality of education and efficiency due to the semantic representation of resources, also creates conditions for the digitalization of the educational process. The work also used methods to prove a hypothesis by experiment. Using local reference methods such as the Dice measure, Jaccard index and Kulchinsky measure, and the Pearson correlation method, it is possible to characterize the existence of a linear relationship between two topics.
