We propose an approach to actively mitigate spectral distortions induced by nonlinear phenomena in microring resonator silicon photonic filters. The benefit of this scheme has been evaluated through transmission assessments, performed for 200 Gbit/s DP 16-QAM signals, up to 20 dBm.

Abstract

We propose an approach to actively mitigate spectral distortions induced by nonlinear phenomena in microring resonator silicon photonic filters. The benefit of this scheme has been evaluated through transmission assessments, performed for 200 Gbit/s DP 16-QAM signals, up to 20 dBm.
