Disclosed are a method, a composition and a device for the introduction of exogenous nucleic acids into eukaryotic cells by non-virai vectors (non-virai transfection). The method according to the invention is based on application of a high- frequency oscillatory motion to a solution containing nucleic acids and cationic polymers or lipids to obtain particles (complexes) with high transfection efficiency.
