Abstract
The research develops a possible interpretation of the transition that the design of workspaces could face, having as the main subject of study the urban areas. The aim of the research is the definition of a design direction that relates architecture and urban design, through the use of strategies and tools, to favour the birth of a "wise" form of work, taken as a synthesis of smart digital innovation finding in the social issue a new centre for project, in opposition with the new heterotopies brought by the production 4.0 and the virtualization of work. In this, the design of new production spaces should be able to mend and rethink the fragile edges of the city, often the result of the industrial landscape of the preceding century, designing new cornerstones of urbanity, concerning the complexity of urban, economic, social and environmental dynamics, taking in account the new fragility caused by the social and climate crisis that we are facing. Within this scenario, the workspace project is a field of experimentation, through which promoting a horizon of social and environmental resilience, providing new tools for the construction of the city of the future.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
