This collection of papers aims to summarize the works that should have been presented in the Tbilisi Arch Week event, interrupted by COVID–19, also organized as part of the Erasmus plus, a mobility action that for several years has been stimulating collaboration between the Georgian Technical University and the Politecnico di Milano. The topics concern the safeguarding and conservation of cultural heritage closely related to urban mobility, well–being and urban health. These four themes are certainly particularly urgent today and are correlated with sustainable management of the urban structure and the relationship of people with the places where their daily lives take place. In fact, the quality of life is also calculated on these parameters and their relationships.
