In such a special year as the one we are living through - where longawaited major events such as the Dubai EXPO and the Tokyo Olympics were scheduled to take place - we had planned the November issue of Arketipo, dedicated to sport buildings, also to highlight the most interesting and innovative creations (and we can tell you in advance that there are many) built for the event which was supposed to take place this summer in Japan. As we all know, this did not happen, and we will go back to the topic when it will be possible. Even though the Olympic competitions have been postponed, we thought of continuing the research we were already doing on the topic, confirming the monographic theme, since it is rich in case studies and stimulating, and we hope we have managed to show this in the best way in the magazine.

Abstract
In such a special year as the one we are living through - where longawaited major events such as the Dubai EXPO and the Tokyo Olympics were scheduled to take place - we had planned the November issue of Arketipo, dedicated to sport buildings, also to highlight the most interesting and innovative creations (and we can tell you in advance that there are many) built for the event which was supposed to take place this summer in Japan. As we all know, this did not happen, and we will go back to the topic when it will be possible. Even though the Olympic competitions have been postponed, we thought of continuing the research we were already doing on the topic, confirming the monographic theme, since it is rich in case studies and stimulating, and we hope we have managed to show this in the best way in the magazine.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
