Metropolitan Cartography is a tool to detect and develop the material and immaterial values of the territory. Multi-scalar mapping analyzes territorial discontinuity by identifying limits, morphologies, levels and scale relationships. The map transmits the qualitative value of the information through a selective, ordered and classified process according to the categories of the Metropolitan Discipline.
