Paesaggi in divenire: prospettive per il governo e la rigenerazione del capitale territoriale

The landscape, in its natural and anthropic features, represents our everyday environment and needs care and management, especially where it is affected by degeneration and abandonment phenomena, vulnerability and risk. It also constitutes a national environmental, social, cultural, and economic resource to be preserved and qualified to achieve territorial capital regeneration. Referring to the research studies developed in the frame of the ongoing review process of the Lombardy Regional Landscape Plan, the paper investigates three fields of action to trigger regeneration processes: the risk prevention to promote the landscape protection; the limitation of impacts to contain vulnerabilities; the enhancement of the resources as landscape qualification tool.
