The text describes an example of integration of different supply chains, aimed at radically reducing fossil sources for the production of Hempcrete - an insulating material used in construction and locally produced. The assessment of the environmental impacts of the supply chain relies on two impact indicators: the accounting of primary non-renewable energy and the productive land. The opportunities of integrating three production chains (hemp, wood for energy, sunflower oil) are explored. Supply-chain data refer to "good practice" activities in the Ionian-Adriatic macro-region.
