The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development focused on matters affecting the world and urged solutions. Nowadays we are aware that charities and donations are not enough to face global issues and that we need more sophisticated instruments. That is why «Social Impact Investing is considered an alternative way to invest resources» (Finance in Motion, 2014). The findings of the present work contribute to highlight how crucial is the impact investing segment in real estate, even if it is considered nascent in comparison to ripe real estate investing in the European market.
