Urbanistica come pratica di ricerca interdisciplinare. Note a partire da due esperienze

This paper considers the multiple interactions among several practices and statutes of different disciplines starting from urbanism, taken as a field of study and practice that has always and constitutively been open to the contribution and comparison with other disciplines. Referring to the multiple and evolutionary character of the relationship between knowledge and skills, the essay proposes a brief consideration of the specific forms and possible definitions of the interaction between disciplines. In a final part the paper presents some more specific reflections on the aspects implied by the interdisciplinary research in the field of urban studies starting from two ongoing experiences.
