The aim of the paper is to analyse the strategies of communication about the question of identification and conservation of the cultural heritage to the future architects. The main question is the training of the young architects in the Eastern Europe, after the end of the Soviet period, starting from the definition of their identity and through the comparison with the situation of the labour market. A great role, in the communication, is developed by the intercultural dialogue among young students and between Italian teachers and foreign students.
