This the case with Marco Zanuso’s Collegio di Milano. Fifty years later, his work is full of significance for us today. The strength and topicality of the original conception survives intact in his university campus, despite successive additions. Alongside Zanuso’s original 1970’s structure, the new Studio Piuarch building and the further extension designed by Centro Studi TAT enhance the position of excellence held by the Fondazione Collegio delle Università Milanesi, which has achieved widespread recognition for its high quality residential and educational services and its environmental value. “Designing Dwelling.
