The article is about a process of analysis and research that leads to a multichannel sustainable strategy applied to the town of Adamclisi, immersed in the land of southern Dobruja region in Romania, with the purpose to draft a sustainable model to follow. The research enhances the historical heritage through the symbolic monument of Tropaeum Traiani, that represents the definitive conquest of Dacia by the Roman Empire and is considered the certificate of origin of the Romanian people. The field of study is the municipality of Adamclisi, where the researcher was able to identify the territorial needs thanks to the interviews and the participant observation.
