The increase in theworld population in the last decades has led to a greater demand for agricultural and livestock processes. Wastes from these productions are becoming more and more important and their impacts on the environment may be of major level. On the other hands the chance to re-use agricultural and livestock byproducts and wastes offers the opportunity to rely on a renewable resource that can be controlled and planned in its availability. Since several years there is a research ongoing in order to find methods and processes for the recycle or reuse of agricultural wastes but so far their use still represents a minor resource for the construction industry. The chapter presents, also with the support of representative case studies, the actual and future trends in the research for the creation of cross sectoral stream of matter from agriculture and livestock to the construction industry.
