The isothermal flow field generated by a burner having two concentric co-rotating swirling jets has been investigated by Stereo PIV. The swirl level of the two concentric jets can be varied independently from one another; test were performed at two different Reynolds number and at several swirl levels. The results evidence the dependence of the occurrence and shape of the central recirculation region from the swirl levels imposed to each jet.
