The study was conducted by applying a set of service design tools, integrating perspectives coming from the design and the urban planning fields. The paper stresses the strategic role of service design in redefining the logic behind the design of the public spaces, claiming for an integration of architectural and service design to fulfill the need of a “designed sociality” expressed by the future residents.File in questo prodotto:
