The aim of this research is to create a comparison and correlation between the treatments in medicine in terms of “bone regeneration” and the treatments in architecture in terms of “nanolime consolidation effects on limestone”, by using the criteria of the porosity and mass transport. On 32.CYCLE PAH PhD Board (24.10.2017), it was advised to go further for the analysis between the correlation of the bone and the limestone treatment. So, in order to perform the research of the porous structures “bone and the limestone”, and their transport phenomena mechanism, to understand the similarity of their treatment approach by using the nano-composite design, the study currently continue under the supervision of professors in 3 different universities and laboratories from different specialisations; Prof Cristina TEDESCHI, Prof Claudio CHESI and Prof Marco Andrea PISANI from Politecnico di Milano, Prof Christopher HERM from HfBK Hochschule für Bildende Künste Dresden/Deutschland (Coordinator of the European Commission STONECORE project) and Prof Nihal ARIOGLU from ITU Istanbul Technical University – Turkey.

Abstract
