Se requiere un enfoque renovado para estudiar e intervenir en las ciudades contemporáneas, considerando el flujo global de personas, las prácticas sociales emergentes y las necesidades apremiantes de los espacios públicos de democracia. Basado en estas premisas, el proyecto de investigación Franco-Italiano Stop City concibió un taller de 240 horas que se llevará a cabo cada año en una ciudad diferente, resultando en una experiencia inmersiva para estudiantes y profesores con diferentes antecedentes culturales y provenientes de distintas escuelas europeas. El concepto No-Stop City de Archizoom es aquí el trasfondo para reflexionar sobre la fragmentación de las ciudades contemporáneas como una oportunidad para fomentar los comportamientos locales y proyectos ascendentes de espacios públicos.
