Abstract
Established tools in surveying “the built city” are usually able to outline shapes, as addressed to focus objects’ geometry, measurement and drawing in scale. Today new tools yet allow us to make simulations, widening information coming from maps and surveys: they are useful, first, for monitoring urban change, further for improving maps by information deriving from solar and shadow data, for developing design methodology based on visual conditions, for taking in consideration the sound’s dimension in urban environment, also employing Augmented Reality to check in advance a design project impact on urban context.File in questo prodotto:
