Abstract
In the last decades, the Medina of Essaouira has undergone a deep process of transformation that, in some aspects, is similar to the transformation of many other Medinas in northern Africa and, for other aspects, related to the peculiar shape of its places, has made it a unique case. The Medina of Essaouira is particularly of interest in its uniqueness since it reveals potential enhancement dynamics for the historical centres located within contemporary cities, not only of Arabic origins.File in questo prodotto:
