Starting from the Design of Communication perspective and studies on Design of Access, methods were explored according to which paper and card packaging favours - through the sensorial channels of sight and touch - access to the product and its use, in various moments and conditions of consumption, by the various user types. The work analysed the communicative-prescriptive dimension with the aim of finding the critical points that present in situations of more or less favourable use and to restore the incoherencies between the design and the perception and use.
