In this paper we describe results obtained working for ten years with students with different diagnosis on the SpLD (Specific Learning Difficulties) spectrum, at Politecnico di Milano. Such results are discussed with respect to chosen pathways and main difficulties students faced during the course of study. We also present the results of the SpLD students profiling activity, realized during 2012 and 2013 using our customized ICF model. Finally, we introduce some innovative ICT pedagogical solutions, developed at Politecnico di Milano and targeted to students with SpLD: PoliSpell, SPARTA2, PoliNotes, and KEaKI.
