MEDICI model for urban coastal area in global knowledge based society

Towards an all-inclusive knowledge-based society and economy, based on the optimized individualized combination for each person, of the access and the use of, and the contribution to, high quality Cultural and Natural Heritage representing all sources from local and global ones. The aim is to enable each person to become a qualified participant in Multicultural Knowledge Society at all levels from local to global. Comprehensive, competitive and sustainable development of Knowledge-based Society and Economy in Local Area based on the exploitation of Cultural and Natural Heritage Basic categories of local areas or human settlements which have defined by OP(Oslo Platform), as concepts applied for building Knowledge-based Society and Economy for all categories of human settlements : Model (Remote) Rural Area and Model (Coastal) Urban Area with Small and Medium Size cities Model Regional Core Area with Large and Medium Size Cities Model Metropolis Area including regional, continental and global metropolis For building Knowledge- Based Societies and Economies Generic Model Local Area, in order to support these basic categories of local areas or models.
