In this contribution we report characterization of fabricated photonic-wire micro-cavity reflector-assisted micro-ring resonator devices realized in Silicon-on-Insulator (SOI) platform. The configuration chosen allows the realization of compact high-order filters by integrating, on the same device, both micro-ring and Bragg-grating characteristics.
